Online Publishing Platform Migration

After almost 10 years since our own custom online publishing platform came to the light it seems high time to migrate to a modern up-to-date Open-Source solution. We have tested various applications for last several years, but none of them provided the functionality that we need and natural interaction for our users. Most of the open online publishing projects are now unfortunately abandoned. JaneWay from Birkbeck Centre for Technology and Publishing (Birkbeck University of London) is out hope for automation of papers submission, review, and publishing. We are also ready to support the project with our own code.
